The units are airy, new-fashioned. The price is £ 77. The location is wonderful in a shopping area, so close to the train / bus station as well as shops, restaurants, bus station, train station. The staff are excellent as well as the hostess.

Generous tea and coffee provisions made mornings pleasant.
I faced issues with the mattress comfort and found it difficult to sleep without waking up in pain. The room felt cramped, especially with an extra bed added, which left little walking space. The bathroom was quite small.

Greatly enjoyed its pleasant and amicable staff.
The hotel met every demand, it was a really nice stay for 4 nights. The venue had indeed a great and lovely location in the lake district. Spent our evenings in nearby The Pig, especially when it was wet outside.

Couples looking for a cozy stay
We spent 1 night and it was magic! You know when you come back from a long day out and find a little surprise in your room? They left us a card and some chocolates for our anniversary, who does that? Absolutely classy.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but it was still acceptable for the quality we got.
